"The Stealth
Bomber" O'Neil,
169, of Georgetown, Guyana, fought Kathy Rivers, 170, of the
United States, for the vacant WIBA Light-Heavyweight world title.
O'Neil won the title with a 10-round unanimous decision over Rivers.
Final judges scores was 98-93, 98-92, and 100-90. O'Neil improved her record
to 8-3-1 (6KO), and River is now
13-4-1 (5KO).
In another women's bout scheduled in the card,
Pamela
"Grenade" London, 182, of Guyana, won a six-round unanimous decision
