Final Scoring was 40-36, 40-36, 39-37.    Lehman is now 5-0-0, and Rita fell to 2-3.

Attorney Mary Lehman won her second professional bout in a slugfest against Kimberly Reed with a unanimous decision. The fight was stopped in the 4th round after there was an accidental headbutt that caused a cut on Lehman that required eleven stitches.  WBAN asked Lehman to give her perspective as a new boxer on the scene and about her insight into this second professional bout she had with Reed.  Full Story with Photos

May 31, 2002, San Diego,  California
At the Scottish Rite Center, in San Diego, California, and promoted by Worldwide Boxing Promotions, Mary Lehman, 38, won a four-round majority decision over Annalisa Middleton of Oxnard. The San Diego-Union Tribune reported that after the fight, Lehman announced, "I’m a fighter. I’ve always been a fighter, but I never had an opportunity to be my true self."
