Misc. Info:
August 23, 2002 - PromoWest
Pavilion, Columbus, Ohio
Terry Blair, Louisville, Kentucky won a four-round unanimous
decision over Sue Mullett, Burton Ohio. Blair improved her
record to 2-1-0 (1 KO), and Mullett fell to 7-8-0 (4KO).
April
26, 2002 - Palace Indian Gaming Center, Lemoore, California
Jenifer Alcorn, 132, TKO2 1:40 Sue Mullett, 131, in the second round.
Alcorn remains undefeated with a 13-0-0 (9KO). Mullett is 7-7-0
(4KO). This was for a WIBF
Lightweight title belt. It is unfortunate that the WIBF has slipped
in some of it's credibility after having so many inferior matchups
for supposed world titles.
January 12, 2001,Atlanta City, New Jersey
Irsa Girgrah,
133, faced Sue Mullett,
134, in a scheduled 10-rounder for the UBA (Universal Boxing Association)
title, that ended in a TKO :22 in the fourth round! As one news source
reported, Isra Girgrah (16-3-2, 8 KOs) made good on her preflight
prediction by stopping Susan Mullett (7-6) with a fourth-round TKO. Girgrah
dropped Mullett to the canvas with a straight right at the end of the
third round, then started the fourth with a combination of punches, that
pinned Mullett on the ropes. The referee intervened and stopped the
fight. Girgrah did not wear her traditional boxing trunks, and came
donning in the ring a red skirt with black tights. Apparently the skirt was
so tight that Girgrah's corner had to rip the seams on both sides after the
first round to give her more freedom to move!
April 17, 2000 -Casino Queen,
E. St. Louis, Il.
Sue Mullett,
134, (7-4, 4ko's) UD4 Theresa Gaulden, 134, (2-3)
WBAN's inside reporter said that the four rounds were
basically the same. Gaulden would move
laterally, staying outside and throw a few
combinations. As soon as Mullett would move in
behind a jab, Gaulden would clinch, then Mullett
worked the body. judges scored it: 40-36, 40-36, 39-37.
January 29, 2000 - Indiana
Sue Mullett
(138 lbs) of Burton, Ohio defeated Heather Shoffner (141 lbs) of
Indianapolis. Mullett is now 5-4, and Shoffner has a whopping 0-4. Please
Shoffner stop boxing and go get another job, or contact this site. TL Fox
wants to interview you.
